Pipe Wiz: Fitter Calculator
Pipe offset numbers, big enough to read on the job.
Pipe Wiz is an iPhone calculator for pipefitters, from Kaivora LLC. Rolling offsets and simple offsets are free. Pro adds cut lengths, elbow take-outs and four more tools.
Type the rise, roll and angle. The travel shows straight away, rounded to the fraction on your tape, with “strong” or “light” when the true number is a hair over or under the mark.

Plans and prices
Rolling offset and Simple offset are free. The Pro tools need a plan:
These are the United States prices; they differ by country. Payment is made through Apple, in the app. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly renew until you cancel; Lifetime is paid once. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. There is no free trial.
Built for the job
- Large keys for gloved fingers.
- The calculators work with no signal. Buying or restoring a plan needs a connection.
- No ads in the app and no account.
Check every number
Results are rounded. Elbow take-outs are for standard ASME B16.9 butt-weld fittings; for other fittings, use the maker’s table or type your own take-out. Always check a result against your own layout before you cut.
Your information
Your numbers and saved jobs stay on your iPhone, unless you include your last calculation in a feedback message. Purchases are handled by Apple and a service called Superwall, which receives an ID for your copy of the app, details of your iPhone, your country and city worked out from your internet address, and which plan you unlock. It is not sold, and it is not used to show you ads. The full list is in the privacy policy.
