Questions, a wrong result, or an idea for the app: write to us. Every message is read by a person, and we answer in writing.

Tell us the calculator, the numbers you typed, and what you expected. In the app’s feedback form, leaving “My last calculation” ticked sends those numbers for you.

Results are rounded to the fraction or millimeter step you chose in Settings, and each result shows its math so you can check it. Elbow take-outs are for standard ASME B16.9 butt-weld fittings; for other fittings, use the maker’s table or type your own take-out. Always check a result against your own layout before you cut.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account you bought with (iPhone Settings, your name at the top).

Tap Restore purchase in the app’s Settings. Your plan comes back; there is nothing to pay again. Saved jobs are kept only on the iPhone they were made on, so they do not move to a new phone.

iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Pipe Wiz. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly renew until you cancel; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is paid once and never renews.

Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund a purchase ourselves, but write to us if something went wrong and we will help where we can.

They are still on your iPhone, locked. Choose a plan again and they open as before.

The numbers you type and your saved jobs stay on your iPhone, unless you include your last calculation in a feedback message. What is sent, and to whom, is in the privacy policy. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email us and include the Purchase ID shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen.
